There's a detailed description on 's page.Īny comments, suggestions, and bug reports are as always most welcome.ĮDIT: v0.2 is now up, adding the year 1990 and a MiSTer-friendly hdf with WHDLoad gamesĮDIT2: Version 0. This release (v0.1) covers years 1985-1989 and is based on HOL's data and contains files from TOSEC, WHDL, Gamebase & eab's ftp. (if you have access to eab ftp you can also grab it from: /uploads/dreadnought/playitbyyear) So, if you have a bit of an OCD and also want all the games, warts'n all, then give this one a go.

I would have liked it set up like the old updates where you can browse inside the zip and get seperates too though because I've already got a full set and just want to patch it with the stuff I don't have for AMIGA. But, MegaAGS is WHDLoad-based, so you do miss out on adf-only games, and a quite a few of the release dates WHDL uses are questionable (compared to HOL). Wrong section makes the updates hard to find though but hope you continue to do these Commodore and Commodore AMIGA TOSEC updates. Here on MiSTer, if you want to see the main Amiga games from each year, you can just load up MegaAGS and choose By Year filter. It's another chrono-gaming collection, admittedly rather more niche-use than Apple, seeing as Amiga has quite a few well known collections already. I hope the full thing will download some time.I needed a break from the Apple II thingy, so finally tackling my beloved Amiga seemed like a relaxing idea. These also need to be moved to the real TOSEC section rather than normal MISC community software as this is TOSEC not MISC.Īll picky stuff aside about browsing the contents and wrong sections as TOSEC has a real section here the collection itself is 5 star of course as it's a set of all the Commodore patch packs.Įdit: File crashes at 16GB in normal browser and 22GB on DownThemAll.

Still it's about time 2013 got updated to 2016 on here and hope this year it carrys on the path giving us 2017 updates as soon as it comes in.ĭo hope the 2017 has a zip browser like the old updates though as well as giving us the full zip downlaod option as us who have a set just want to patch it with software we don't have. I would have liked it set up like the old updates where you can browse inside the zip and get seperates too though because I've already got a full set and just want to patch it with the stuff I don't have for AMIGA really so I don't have to download 37GB worth of files. Wrong section makes the updates hard to find though but hope you continue to do these Commodore and Commodore AMIGA TOSEC updates. Good job hope you continue to keep it up to date with the true latest versions now.
